Downtown Dubai
Downtown Dubai is one of the most famous districts in the city, which is the center of business and cultural life.
Dubai's world-famous attractions are located here: Burj Khalifa skyscraper, Dubai Mall and Dubai Fountain. Burj Park is also located in Downtown Dubai. Major city events are held here, including the pop-up market OTB, which opens every winter as part of the Dubai Shopping Festival.
The lively Downtown Dubai business district, along which Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Boulevard runs, is home to prestigious shopping malls, popular attractions and restaurants. Special attention is drawn to the stunning building of the Dubai Opera Opera House, whose repertoire is in no way inferior to the leading theaters of the world.
Being mainly a commercial and tourist destination, it does not have its own schools yet, but within the district of the area where several Pre-school nurseries have opened, in particular the Jumeirah International Nursery, Blossom Downtown Dubai Nursery, Blossom Business Bay Nursery. A 15-minute you can drive to Citizens School, Japanese School of Dubai, Horizon English School of Dubai, Jumeirah English School and JSS Private School.
The area has its own outpatient medical center, Mediclinic Dubai Mall, and the large Zabeel Health Center Hospital is an 8-minute drive away.
Jumeirah
The most popular among tourists and locals is the coastal area of Dubai. There are beautiful beaches with golden sand, crystal clear sea and luxurious five–star hotels. The total length of Jumeirah beaches is 14 km.
Jumeirah often hosts festivals, events and holidays: ranging from sports competitions in various sports, and ending with gastronomic shows. There is also a zoo in the area, whose area is 1.75 hectares.
There are multiple shopping centers in the district, ranging from luxury boutiques on Jumeirah Beach Road to more traditional markets at Jumeirah Fish Market. Jumeirah is also renowned for its diverse dining options, catering to all tastes and budgets. Jumeirah is not only a hub for leisure and entertainment but also for education and healthcare services. Residents have access to top-tier medical institutions and can attend the most prestigious schools in the city.
Dubai Marina
The area includes several artificial islands, on which the popular neighborhoods of Jumeirah Beach Residence and Bluewaters Island are located.
In addition to excellent sandy beaches with all modern amenities and numerous water activities, Dubai Marina offers several pedestrian areas with a large selection of shops, restaurants and entertainment venues. In the Jumeirah Beach Residence area there is a picturesque boulevard The Walk JBR, along which there are about 50 cafes and restaurants, more than 60 shops, several art galleries and locations for street art.
On Bluewaters Island where the largest observation wheel in the world is installed — Ain Dubai — and the Madame Tussauds Dubai Wax Museum is open.
There are kindergartens, pharmacies and supermarkets. There is a public transport center, there is a small group medical clinic, for example, two departments of Medicare Medical Center and Emirates Hospital Clinic.
Because of the quick access to a major transport highway, the road to Palm Jumeirah, Burj Al Arab, Emirates Golf Club and Mall of the Emirates shopping center takes 10-15 minutes, to the center of Dubai, DIFC and Business Bay — 20 minutes.
Business Bay
The largest business center in Dubai, which is part of the concept created by Sheikh Mohammed Rashid Al Maktoum to develop a global commercial center in the UAE. While the business lifestyle prevails in the area — there are not many parks and large entertainment locations. The main location for recreation in Business Bay can be considered the Bay Avenue shopping gallery in the Executive Towers area. There are more than 40 restaurants, fifty shops and two fitness centers, and a well-groomed park area with a playground and a skatepark is located nearby.
In Al Habtoor City, you can watch the world-class La Perle water show from Franco Dragone, enjoy a game of tennis on first-class air-conditioned courts and relax in the clubs and restaurants of three five-star hotels.
The Bay Square complex has beautiful pedestrian areas with pools and fountains, and there are also several dozen shops and restaurants.
There are about half a dozen preschool institutions in Business Bay, for example, Learning Tree Nursery, Canadian Kids Nursery and First Path Montessori.
Business Bay has a well-branched network of 4-lane internal roads leading to Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road — the two main highways running through the whole of Dubai. Also the western borders of the district are adjacent to the red line of the metro, and from the Business Bay station you can get to both ends of the city.
Emaar Beachfront
EMAAR Beachfront is a private, gated island community on Dubai Harbour. The development is located just off Dubai Marina, between JBR and Palm Jumeirah.
